Truist is seeking an experienced CRE Insurance Analyst to support the Servicing and Asset Management department in Birmingham, AL. The role oversees insurance monitoring, compliance for commercial loans, and acts as the SME for lender guidelines and related requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating premium disbursements, conducting audits, supervising Insurance Analysts, and ensuring policy adherence across FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property insurance.
• Knowledge of various commercial property insurance policies and ability to read/interpret them.
• Insurance compliance background including coverage discrepancies, industry standards and regulations.
• Understand complex loan documents and third-party reports such as appraisals, surveys and title.
• Demonstrated ability to work with teammates and customers at all levels within an organization.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Aufgaben

• Quality control and oversight for Insurance waiver requests, blanket analysis, flood analysis and force placement.
• Serve as a portfolio team lead and subject matter expert relating to Lender Guidelines, processes and requirements.
• Review and approve premium disbursements.
• Assist with Insurance Team audit preparation and responses.
• Work with Insurance related vendors to ensure timely deliverables, quality of product and oversight.
• Mentor, train and provide leadership to the Insurance Analysts.
• Monitor team compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform Insurance Renewals, Insurance Compliance and related duties for assigned portfolio.
