Truist is seeking an experienced professional to support the Servicing and Asset Management department in insurance oversight for commercial loans. You will monitor insurance processes, ensure compliance with lender guidelines, and coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and vendors to resolve non-compliance issues.

The role emphasizes leading Insurance Analysts, reviewing premium disbursements, and participating in audits and special projects related to FNMA/FHLMC/FHA guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property insurance.
• Understand complex loan documents and third-party reports such as appraisals, surveys and title.
• Knowledge of property insurance policies and ability to read/interpret them.
• Experience with insurance compliance, coverage discrepancies and government regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Quality control and oversight for Insurance waiver requests, blanket analysis, flood analysis and force placement.
• Serve as portfolio team lead and subject matter expert on lender guidelines and requirements.
• Review and approve premium disbursements.
• Assist with Insurance Team audit preparation and responses.
• Collaborate with insurance vendors to ensure timely deliverables and quality.
• Mentor and lead Insurance Analysts.
• Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures.
