Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for CoStar Debt Solutions. You will expand strategic relationships with CRE lenders and high-potential prospects, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal in a high-performance environment.

You will travel within the region, demonstrate value, and close deals that combine premium data, technology, and services. A base salary with uncapped commissions, strong benefits, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution selling experience and ownership of the full sales cycle.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record with prior employers.
• Experience with complex sales processes and sophisticated offerings.
• Willing and able to travel to client locations.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and close new sales opportunities for SaaS, data, and information services tailored for CRE lenders and financial institutions.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain long-term relationships with CRE lending clients and identify expansion opportunities.
• Territory Engagement: travel within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with internal stakeholders and field sales teams to align on client goals and maximize satisfaction.
• Market Expertise: develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions and the CRE lending space to position as a trusted advisor.
• Sales Execution: own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
