You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, travel regionally, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value through premium data and analytics. Competitive compensation combines base salary, uncapped commissions, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution selling experience.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• Experience with complex sales processes and sophisticated offerings.
• Able to travel to client and prospect locations regularly.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel to client locations regularly.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and close new sales opportunities for SaaS, data, and information services for CRE lenders and financial institutions.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients and identify expansion opportunities.
• Territory Engagement: travel within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.
• Strategic Collaboration: coordinate with internal stakeholders and local field sales to align on client goals.
• Market Expertise: develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions and CRE lending industry to position as trusted advisor.
• Sales Execution: own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
