CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for the Debt Solutions division in Irvine, CA. You will drive new business, expand existing relationships, and manage the full sales cycle across commercial real estate lending clients.

• Willingness to travel to client and prospect locations regularly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new sales opportunities for SaaS, data, and information services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with CRE lending clients.
• Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on client goals and execution.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewals and revenue growth.
