Responsibilities

• Lead diligence and underwriting documentation for complex credit relationships.
• Coordinate legal documentation through closing and funding.
• Ensure loan agreement alignment with approval documents and address issues.
• Analyze financial statements and risk factors for portfolios.
• Provide oversight of portfolio performance and market trends.
• Manage pipeline and client communications for assigned portfolio.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates in credit practices.
