U.S. Bank is seeking a CRE Senior Credit Analyst to support Relationship and Portfolio Managers in managing a portfolio of customer relationships in the New York area.

The role involves preparing credit analyses, writing memoranda, and presenting risks to approval committees, while coordinating with credit risk, origination, and advisory teams. Strong Excel modeling and familiarity with CRE platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in a finance/analytical related role.
• Experience authoring credit memoranda and presenting key risks and mitigants.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial statement spreads, quarterly trend analyses, covenant tests, and credit policy compliance.
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive analyses; assist with portfolio reviews and credit requests for approval.
• Maintain credit metric databases and track customer reporting requirements; identify emerging risks at transaction and portfolio levels.
• Support property transactions and construction projects, including budget monitoring and monthly draw reviews.
