Job summary

Trail Realty is seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals to develop client relationships and help originate and execute property sales. Remote candidates considered, with SF Bay Area or NYC preferred.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation and no base salary. Prior CRE brokerage experience is strongly preferred, particularly in client development or transactions.

Qualifications

• Prior CRE brokerage experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in client development, transactions, or business development.
• Ability to build relationships, outreach and manage client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial property owners and buyers.
• Identify potential assignments and convert conversations to engagements.
• Research properties, comparable transactions, and local markets to aid pricing and recommendations.
• Prepare property summaries, client presentations, and marketing materials with the team.
• Qualify buyers, coordinate diligence, and move negotiations toward closing.
• Maintain records of client conversations and opportunities.
