Job summary

Colliers in the Puget Sound region seeks a licensed real estate professional with 5+ years of CRE sales experience to drive new opportunities, maintain client relationships, and cross-sell across service lines in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

You will prospect, network, and participate in client meetings while leveraging CRM to track opportunities and revenue growth. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commissions.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate practitioner with WA license.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (phone and in-person).
• Knowledge of lease structures (NNN, modified gross, full-service) and market cycles.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Retail sector.
• Be solutions oriented and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Finance teams across product lines.
• Maintain databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events and client meetings to learn the market.
