• Active Commercial Real Estate license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and generate leads through networking and proactive outreach
• Be a trusted advisor to your clients using your expertise
• Present proposals and executive briefings to potential clients
• Mentor newer brokers to help grow their business
• Stay current with market trends by reading industry updates
• Analyze the marketplace to identify trends
• Communicate consistently with clients to provide excellent service
• Negotiate and manage contracts effectively
