• You build independent client relationships and grow your local book of business.
• You collaborate with senior brokers and leverage Colliers’ platform to expand opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the retail sector.
• Leverage Colliers’ platform to grow your book of business and accelerate client development.
• Partner with senior brokers for business development and joint transactions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with top-tier clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Attend local events and meetings to expand knowledge of the local marketplace.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams.
