Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of WA.
• Experience with CRM programs and prospecting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in Office agency through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for other service lines to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities and attend local industry events.
