This role emphasizes ownership of client relationships, deal sourcing, and closing transactions with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana commercial real estate license.
• Established CRE experience and a proven track record.
• Existing industry relationships or a strong client network preferred.
• Strong business development, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties.
• Develop new business and expand existing client relationships.
• Leverage relationships and market knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Prospect for new business via networking, referrals, research, and outreach.
• Analyze market data to develop strategic client recommendations.
• Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations.
• Advise clients and negotiate terms from initial consultation through closing.
• Manage transactions and coordinate with clients and other professionals.
• Stay informed on market trends to provide informed guidance.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline while growing your book of business.
