Job summary

SVN | Northern Commercial in Indianapolis seeks ambitious brokers for a Land Commercial Real Estate role. You will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants across Indianapolis and surrounding markets to build a long-term CRE business with support from a national platform.

You will develop relationships, negotiate transactions, and grow a personal pipeline while leveraging training and a collaborative local team.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana commercial real estate license, or the motivation to obtain one.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate and land properties.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build your own business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of land properties.
• Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach.
• Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities.
• Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations.
• Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close.
• Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment.
• Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business.
