Qualifications

• Active Indiana commercial real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a personal commercial real estate practice.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; tech-savvy with market tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in leasing, buying, and selling office properties.
• Develop relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and professionals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and outreach.
• Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, market analyses, and client presentations.
• Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close.
• Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment.
• Stay informed on market trends to provide informed client guidance.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term CRE business.
