Job summary

SVN | Northern Commercial in Indianapolis is seeking motivated Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our team. You will represent clients in leasing, buying, and selling properties across Indianapolis and surrounding markets, building your own book of business with the support of a national platform.

Prior commercial real estate experience is valuable but not required; license in Indiana or the drive to obtain one is expected.

Qualifications

Active Indiana commercial real estate license, or the motivation to obtain one.
Strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build expertise in the industry.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build your own business.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties.
Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach.
Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities.
Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations.
Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close.
Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment.
Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance.
Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business.
