Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of industrial craft or skilled-trades recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical and instrumentation construction professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and operational leadership to understand craft workforce needs and project staffing requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled craft positions across multiple projects.
• Recruit craft professionals in electrical, instrumentation, and related construction disciplines.
• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates matching requirements.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate craft experience, technical background, and availability.
• Coordinate background checks, medical screenings, safety requirements, and other pre-employment steps.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders and guide them through offers.
