Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM technical experience with Conga CPQ customization and configuration, including AI‑driven solutions.
• Knowledge of Conga CPQ product configuration, pricing management, and workflow approvals.
• Strong experience integrating Conga CPQ and Salesforce; cloud platforms and integration tools.
• Experience with product modeling, pricing, quotation, and contract lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation of CPQ and related Conga/Turbo Price solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to drive high performance.
• Lead research, prototyping, and evaluation to select optimal tools and architectures with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, architects, and third parties to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability and deployment readiness.
• Foster continuous improvement, learning, and AI‑enabled optimization.
