You will mentor engineers, shape technical standards, and drive scalable, high-performance deployments across a global team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, cloud experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

10+ years of CRM experience including CPQ.
4+ years hands-on Conga CPQ customization and configuration with AI-driven solutions.
Experience integrating Conga CPQ, Turbo Price, Digital Commerce, PROS Pricing with Salesforce.
Knowledge of pricing, product modeling, and CPQ approvals.

Responsibilities

Drive the Engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation ofCong a CPQ solutions across Salesforce and Conga.
Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices, enforcing quality standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members to drive high performance.
Lead technical research, prototyping, and solution evaluation to recommend optimal tools and architectures, while staying current with updates in Salesforce and Conga.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, architects, and third parties to deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, delivering timely remediation and ensuring system stability and scalability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation and deployment.
