You will mentor engineers, shape technical standards, and drive scalable, high-performance deployments across a global team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM experience including CPQ.
• 4+ years hands-on Conga CPQ customization and configuration with AI-driven solutions.
• Experience integrating Conga CPQ, Turbo Price, Digital Commerce, PROS Pricing with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of pricing, product modeling, and CPQ approvals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation ofCong a CPQ solutions across Salesforce and Conga.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices, enforcing quality standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members to drive high performance.
• Lead technical research, prototyping, and solution evaluation to recommend optimal tools and architectures, while staying current with updates in Salesforce and Conga.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, architects, and third parties to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, delivering timely remediation and ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation and deployment.
