Job summary

Blattner is seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler to act as a subject matter expert for scheduling across large wind and solar projects. You will create, modify, and analyze resource loaded CPM schedules and earned value dashboards to meet contract requirements and Blattner procedures.

You will mentor schedulers, review baselines, and provide weekly updates. Travel up to 50% initially, then 25–30% as projects progress; renewable energy construction experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent education or relevant experience.
• 8+ years in project scheduling or a combination of construction and/or planning.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Resource Loaded Schedules.
• Renewable energy construction experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for first 6-8 months and then 25-30% thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Builds initial resource loaded baseline schedule for high visibility projects.
• Reviews baseline schedules prior to client submittal.
• Maintains integrated master project schedules covering Front-end Loading, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction and Start-up/Commissioning.
• Utilizes P6 health check and Acumen Fuse to validate schedule against DCMA metrics.
• Responsible for schedule risk analysis and risk management.
• Performs critical path analysis and suggests actions to the project team.
• Uses project cost estimates to resource load schedules and align with scope.
• Provides weekly resource leveled updates and training to field personnel.
