Blattner Company is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to manage scheduling requirements for multiple large projects, both internal and external. The role focuses on creating and maintaining resource-loaded CPM schedules and earned value dashboards to meet contractual timelines.

The position requires a 8+ year background in project scheduling, experience with EVM and resource loading, and renewable energy construction exposure. Travel can be up to 50% initially, then 25–30% long-term.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling or related fields.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Resource Loaded Schedules.
• Renewable Energy Construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Build initial resource loaded baseline schedule for high-visibility projects.
• Review baselines and submit for client approval.
• Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules across stages (Front-end Loading to Start-up).
• Perform schedule risk analysis and suggest mitigation actions.
• Provide weekly resource-leveled schedule updates.
• Provide advanced training on scheduling systems and reports.
