The role emphasizes strategic data analysis, change management, and ensuring contractual obligations are met, with a focus on standardized controls across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in construction project controls (scheduling, cost, or risk).
• Experience leading senior-level contributors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the project controls team including schedulers and analysts.
• Develop, control, and analyze CPM schedules, budgets, and risk analyses.
• Manage reporting deliverables: schedules, forecasts, dashboards, and histograms.
• Lead strategic data analysis to guide project decisions.
• Ensure contractual obligations and assist with change management.
