Job summary

Blattner Company is seeking a senior Scheduler to serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling across multiple large projects in the United States. You will build and maintain resource-loaded CPM schedules, perform earned value analysis, and mentor other schedulers to ensure on-time project delivery.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 8+ years of scheduling experience, and travel up to 50% initially, then 25–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; 8+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource-loaded schedules.
• Renewable energy construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling across multiple large projects.
• Create, modify, and analyze resource-loaded CPM schedules and earned value dashboards.
• Mentor and coach junior schedulers; provide technical leadership to the team.
• Update project schedules with the Project Manager and legal to meet contract requirements.
• Provide weekly updates and drive schedule risk analysis and mitigation.
