Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Project Scheduler to support its Operations and Project Management teams in creating, updating, and analyzing resource-loaded schedules. You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accuracy, progress alignment, and compliance with Blattner procedures and client contracts.

You will build baseline schedules, validate with P6 health checks, and provide timely updates and risk analyses to keep contractual milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combinations of related education/experience required.
• Two+ years of experience in project scheduling or construction scheduling.
• Gas/Heavy Industrial scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Builds initial baseline schedule for complex projects per CPM best practices and contract requirements.
• Uses P6 health check to validate schedule against DCMA metrics.
• Supports schedule risk/range analysis under Senior Scheduler guidance.
• Provides schedule updates to project team to meet contract deliverables and look-ahead milestones.
• Applies schedule change scenarios and documents impacts; escalates variances for mitigation planning.
• Develops contractually required and supplemental reporting (look-ahead, variance, critical path).
