Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Business Insights lead to partner with our client and drive data-driven decisions across the General Merchandise category. This role requires analyzing complex data, delivering actionable insights, and guiding business solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

In a hybrid setup (office 3 days a week), you will craft compelling presentations, understand KPIs driving profit and sales, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and managers.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of the CPG industry and data sources.
• Proficient in tools used to complete the work (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing marketing mix elements.
• Lead category review process with cross-functional teams for complete solutions.
• Build sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data to drive actionable insights.
