Acosta seeks a data-driven professional to lead the business insights partnership between Acosta and our client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced, value-added analytical solutions that provide actionable insights, business solutions, and profitable recommendations.

You will gain a deep understanding of the sales drivers affecting clients and customers and help shape category strategy with data-backed guidance and presentations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED accepted with related experience.
• Category Management Certification is a plus.
• 3+ years related work experience in CPG or retail analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing the 4-Ps (product, pricing, promotion, placement) for General Merchandise.
• Lead the category review process through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
• Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated, shopper, and other data sources.
• Understand client KPIs that drive profit and sales; deliver data reports for scorecards or progress validation.
• Work closely with clients and business managers with regular meetings to act as trusted advisor.
• Summarize results of analyses and create case studies and success stories.
