Acosta is seeking a Business Insights Lead to partner with our client, delivering advanced, insight‑driven analytics that provide actionable insights, business solutions, and profitable recommendations. The hybrid role in Cincinnati requires collaborating with cross‑functional teams, leading category reviews, and turning data into strategic guidance that drives profit and client KPIs.

You will work to understand sales drivers affecting clients and customers, building compelling presentations

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years related work experience in a CPG/category management environment.
Category Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing the 4-Ps for GM category.
Lead category reviews via the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data.
Understand client KPIs that drive profit and sales; deliver reports.
Set up regular meetings with clients to act as trusted advisor.
Summarize results and create case studies and success stories.
