Job summary

Acosta is seeking a skilled business insights leader to drive the partnership between Acosta and our client. This is a hybrid role with three office days per week, and the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced, insight-driven analytical solutions that inform actionable recommendations and profitable strategies.

You will focus on understanding the sales drivers for clients and customers, build compelling presentations from syndicated and shopper

Qualifications

Education requirements include High School Diploma/GED; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Category Management Certification is Preferred.
3+ years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance and recommendations addressing the 4-Ps (product, pricing, promotion, placement) for General Merchandise category.
Lead the category review process through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated, shopper, and other data sources for in-depth analysis and solutions.
Understand client KPIs that drive profit & sales and deliver reports to scorecards or validate progress.
Work closely with clients and business managers by setting up regular meetings to be a trusted advisor.
Provide follow-up and summarize results of analysis; create case studies and success stories.
