Job summary

ZURU Edge seeks a Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment Sr Analyst to partner with retailers, optimize inventory, and lead joint business planning. This customer-facing role owns custom replenishment reporting, guides S&OP cycles, and aligns supply chain strategies with retailers.

You will develop dashboards for OTIF, in-stock health, and sell-through, manage 3PL outages, and support feature orders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CPFR, supply chain, or replenishment experience.
• Experience with major retailers (Club, Convenience, Grocery) preferred.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies and promotional execution.
• Lead S&OP cycles and communicate risks and mitigations.
• Own custom reporting for replenishment managers and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stock, inventory health, and sell-through.
