Job summary
Unilever is seeking a Senior CPFR to lead Walmart replenishment and forecast performance for Beauty, Personal Care, and Home Care consumables. You will connect Walmart demand signals with Unilever supply plans, provide executive-ready insights, and drive end-to-end collaboration with planning, logistics, and data analytics teams.
You will own weekly operating rhythms, manage recovery plans for promotions, modular transitions and lifecycle events, and build scalable processes to improve in-stock
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, Operations or related field.
- Experience in CPFR, customer replenishment, demand planning or analytics; Walmart experience strongly preferred.
- Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding across demand signals, order flow, supply planning, and transportation.
- Advanced analytics using Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of SAP, Retail Link / Luminate, Anaplan, SQL, Databricks or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Own Walmart replenishment and forecast execution for assigned Consumables categories.
- Translate customer demand signals and supply constraints into actionable recommendations.
- Lead weekly/monthly operating rhythms, exception management, and cross-functional recovery plans.
- Develop scalable dashboards, trackers, and automation to reduce manual work.
- Coach analysts and broaden the capability of the team.
