Job summary

Gelmart is seeking a Senior CPFR Manager to lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment for our Walmart apparel business.

This fully on-site role in Bentonville will own forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, and replenishment health across a multi-million-dollar portfolio — and will serve as the day-to-day CPFR point of contact with the Walmart Planning, Replenishment, and Merchant organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CPFR, Demand Planning, or Replenishment for a mass retailer, with Walmart exposure.
• Apparel experience is a strong plus (intimate apparel, basics, or seasonal).
• Fluency with Retail Link, NOVA, Scintilla, and Power BI is required.

Responsibilities

• Own SKU/store-level demand forecast for Walmart intimate apparel, including base, promo, seasonal, and new item volume.
• Reconcile top-down financial plans with bottom-up item-level forecasts and defend the reconciled view to Sales, Finance, and Sourcing.
• Improve forecast accuracy using Retail Link, NOVA, and Scintilla data.
• Manage weekly replenishment health: in-stock %, weeks of supply, lost sales, on-hand quality, and store-level distortion.
• Drive corrective actions on aged or over-forecasted inventory with cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide a single source of truth on performance for Sales, Finance, and leadership.
