Job summary

Executive Leadership Solutions is seeking a Corrosion Manager to lead its CP and corrosion compliance division across multiple mid-South states. This senior role carries full operational oversight and P&L responsibility within the environmental compliance space.

You will oversee CP testing, ensure EPA/state compliance, hire and develop technicians, manage scheduling, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships across retail, commercial, and government sectors.

Qualifications

• AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection certification (Level 2+ preferred) or advanced STI certification.
• Extensive CP compliance testing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and/or P&L responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead all CP testing and corrosion compliance operations.
• Ensure EPA and state regulatory compliance.
• Oversee technician hiring, training, performance, and certification maintenance.
• Manage scheduling, quality control, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Own budgeting, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and division profitability.
• Maintain client relationships across retail, commercial, and government sectors.
• Enforce DOT, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
