Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking an experienced Corrosion Manager to lead and expand our Corrosion/Cathodic Protection division. This senior role oversees operations across multiple states, ensuring regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has deep CP system expertise, strong leadership of field teams, and proven ability to balance field credibility with financial accountability while driving safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrosion control, cathodic protection, or related industries.
• Leadership experience managing field operations and personnel.
• Strong knowledge of corrosion testing and CP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices.
• Ensure projects and inspections are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Monitor field productivity, quality control, and service performance metrics.
• Maintain and oversee company-issued equipment, tools, and service vehicles.
