Job summary

Cogentanalytics is seeking an experienced Corrosion Manager to lead and expand our Corrosion/Cathodic Protection division. This senior role oversees operations, budgeting, and personnel across multiple states, driving compliance and customer satisfaction while delivering profitable growth for the corrosion services portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings deep CP expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of managing field operations, budgets, and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection certification (CP2 or higher preferred) OR equivalent advanced STI certification.
• 5+ years of experience in cathodic protection compliance testing and corrosion services.
• 3+ years of leadership or personnel management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of UST systems, corrosion compliance, and multi-state regulatory environments.
• Experience managing operational budgets, labor utilization, or division-level financial performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational, technical, financial, and personnel functions across multiple states.
• Provide strategic leadership to grow the corrosion services division while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Balance field credibility with financial accountability and organizational discipline.
• Lead and develop field teams to deliver service excellence and profitable growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize budgets and labor utilization.
