Job summary

Orro is seeking an experienced Corrosion Manager to lead and expand its Corrosion/CP division. This senior role oversees all aspects including operations, technical delivery, finance, and personnel across multiple states, driving safe, compliant, and profitable service delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep CP expertise, proven leadership of field teams, strong communication, and a track record of improving performance metrics while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Cathodic protection and corrosion control expertise.
• 5+ years leading field operations.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervision.
• Valid driver''s license and clean record.
• Proficient with MS Office; data and reporting skills.
• Experience with multi-state regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and field execution.
• Develop SOPs and best practices; ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and financial results for the division.
• Manage equipment, tools, and service vehicles; driver compliance.
