Job summary

Summary

The Senior Court Operations Specialist is an advanced-level professional position responsible for coordinating and overseeing complex court operations within the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. This role serves as a subject matter expert in case processing and court procedures, provides guidance to staff, and supports management in ensuring efficient, accurate, and consistent court operation.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• Two (2) years of customer service experience, or court clerical, legal, with demonstrated responsibility in case processing or court operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Work Environment

• Office setting within a courthouse environment
• Frequent interaction with the public, attorneys, and justice system partners
