Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or the equivalent amount of related experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in court operations, jury management, or judicial administration.
• Senior or lead Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation.
• Experience supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze jury management workflows and court operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future-state processes and system interactions.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support solution design and decision-making.
• Engage with customers throughout implementation, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews with court personnel.
• Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and rollout activities.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation in JIRA.
