Job summary

Neumo seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support, enhance, and implement Jury Management software for courts. You will lead analysis across concurrent projects, bridging client needs with Product and Engineering teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in court operations, and the ability to guide stakeholders, run workshops, write user stories in JIRA, and deliver clear documentation. Remote-friendly environment with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in court operations, jury management, or judicial administration.
• Experience as a senior or lead Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for user story creation.
• Experience supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze jury management workflows and court operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future-state processes, requirements, and system interactions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support solution design and decision-making.
• Engage with customers throughout implementation: discovery, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with court personnel.
• Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients and teams.
• Support UAT, validate configurations, and assist with rollout activities.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Produce process maps, requirements specs, and training materials.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide demonstrations and training on the Jury Application.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
