Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support, enhance, and implement Jury Management software for courts that conduct jury trials. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of court operations, and the ability to lead business analysis across concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and brings leadership experience for senior/lead BA responsibilities. Some travel and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years in court operations, jury management, or judicial administration.
Experience leading senior or lead business analyst efforts.
Experience with government or judicial software applications.
Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation.

Responsibilities

Analyze jury management workflows to identify improvements.
Document current and future-state processes and system interactions.
Translate needs into actionable requirements for Product/Engineering.
Engage with customers through implementation lifecycle, including discovery and testing.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
Produce process maps, requirements specs, and training materials.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
