Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support and implement Court Case Management software solutions for courts. You will lead business analysis across multiple projects, engage directly with customers, and translate operational needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
• Senior/lead Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with judicial or government software applications.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze court workflows and operations to identify improvements.
• Document current and future business processes and system interactions.
• Translate operational needs into requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Support UAT, testing, and rollout activities.
