Job summary

Amentum seeks a Course Facilitator to support a virtual course, answering student questions, validating automated grading, and contributing facilitator-owned inputs to course deliverables. You will troubleshoot LMS issues and escalate to the appropriate technical teams while focusing on learner experience and workflow support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Multiple pathways to qualify (AS degree + 6 years, or specialized trainer experience).
• Experience in cyber/technical training and online learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line student support for virtual learning and resolve workflow issues.
• Review automated grading outputs and document anomalies with reproducible evidence.
• Escalate LMS defects and coordinate with IT teams using approved processes.
• Maintain facilitator issue logs and compile metrics for progress monitoring.
