• Manage day-to-day administration, production support, and governance of the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform.
• Configure and maintain Coupa functionalities including workflows, forms, user roles, and automation.
• Support Coupa Sourcing activities, including RFP/RFQ processes and CLM.
• Administer Coupa SIM, including supplier onboarding and data management.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Coupa Analytics.
