ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Analyst, Category Management (Sourcing Operations) to lead Coupa-based sourcing events and provide data-driven recommendations. You will partner with our sourcing strategy and backend teams to ensure events reflect the intended approach across locations.

The role requires hands-on Coupa experience, strong bid analysis skills, and CSO familiarity to optimize complex sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Coupa sourcing experience, including creating or supporting sourcing events.
• Event setup knowledge: structure events and communicate requirements to backend consultants.
• Bid analysis: compare supplier submissions across rounds and extract actionable recommendations.
• CSO experience to handle complex sourcing scenarios and optimization needs.
• Strong sourcing foundation from buying, analyst, or consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and run sourcing events in Coupa with structured comparisons.
• Analyze supplier bids across multiple rounds to inform decisions.
• Support event setup by coordinating with backend configuration consultants.
• Apply CSO to evaluate complex bids and scenarios across locations.
• Coordinate across teams to align event design with sourcing strategy.
