Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s Counterintelligence & Investigations Senior Manager role in Orlando/Grand Prairie leads a team of investigators and analysts across MFC, ensuring effective CI/insider threat programs. The role requires directing investigations, presenting risk-based briefings to senior leaders, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, HR and external agencies.

The position demands 15+ years in counterintelligence or security, an active clearance, and strong collaboration across internal teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years in counterintelligence, intelligence analysis, or security management.
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
• Ability to obtain SAP and SCI access.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with insider threat programs, counterintelligence, or complex investigations.
• Ability to craft and deliver executive-level written and oral presentations, briefs, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically diverse team of investigators and analysts responsible for executing the Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Investigations Programs across the business area.
• Ensure investigations comply with policy and OneLM approach where possible.
• Prepare and present concise, risk-based briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Security Operations, Counterintelligence, Investigations, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Ethics.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on investigations and intelligence sharing.
