Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a Counterintelligence Officer to protect national security by leading investigations, providing strategic guidance, and managing operations across the customer organization. You will collaborate with managers at multiple levels and oversee complex programs in a high‑stakes environment.

The role demands a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Security clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem‑solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities.
• Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility.
• Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality.
