Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Counterintelligence Requirements Officer to join our Springfield, VA team. You will manage CI programs, steer collection and production, and maintain SDLPs across divisions, leveraging IT systems to track requirements and issue taskings.

Qualified candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree with 11+ years CI experience, credentialed CI training, and active TS/SCI clearance; a master’s degree is preferred. We offer robust benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 11+ years of counterintelligence (CI) experience.
• Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy, FLETC).
• Experience utilizing IT systems to task, track, and manage office-level requirements and program documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide CI program management support to CI Operations leadership.
• Provide operational and production direction and guidance across internal organizational divisions.
• Provide CI technical expertise, input, support, and maintenance to internal databases.
• Perform CI collection and production responsibilities, and publish Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
• Use IT systems to task and track office-level requirements and issue office-wide taskings.
• Maintain office file plans, softcopy office libraries, training master schedules, and SOPs.
