MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Counterintelligence Requirements Officer to join our team in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on supporting counterintelligence operations, requirements management, collection, and production across the organization.

Responsibilities include providing CI program management support, operational guidance, and maintenance of CI databases and SOPs. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required; extensive CI experience and DoD/agency training

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 11+ years of counterintelligence experience.
• Credentialed graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy, FLETC).
• Experience using IT systems to task, track, and manage office-level requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CI program management support to CI Operations leadership.
• Provide operational and production direction across internal divisions.
• Maintain CI databases, SOPs, and training schedules.
• Perform CI collection and production, publish IIRs.
