Job summary

Amity Foundation in San Diego, CA is seeking a Supervising Counselor to lead the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program delivery. You will supervise a team of counselors, ensure adherence to program standards, and drive quality outcomes through coaching and collaboration with external partners.

Qualifications

• Certified as an AOD Counselor with DHCS-approved organization.
• Two years of experience as a certified AOD counselor.
• Current AOD Certification with DHCS-recognized organization or licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and training.
• Track and monitor Contractor staff performance and implement corrective actions.
• Assess and monitor counseling staff progress toward AOD certification.
• Oversee orientation and intake processes for new participants.
