Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and recommend candidates for hiring.
• Provide staff orientation and ongoing training on clinical policies.
• Develop and review treatment plans aligned with progress.
• Ensure charts meet CARF/state standards and EMR accuracy.
• Maintain billing accuracy and utilize Welligent EMR within 30 days.
• Foster employer relations and community partnerships for client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
