Job summary

Orange County Government seeks a supervisory professional to oversee residential service programs in Central Florida. You will supervise case workers and staff, ensure staffing levels, and maintain compliance with COA and county requirements.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in a related field and Florida licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT), with flexibility for nights/shifts and a valid Florida driver’s license. On-call supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or closely related field.
• Licensed in Florida as LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates the performance of staff within the program.
• Coordinates activities of the assigned program in the absence of the Program Manager or Senior Program Manager.
• Ensures staff meet training and development requirements.
• Prepares staff schedules and ensures appropriate staffing and supervision of clients.
• Assigns and supervises client case assignments and other duties.
